How Planetary Days Influence My Creative Flow, Business, and Weekly Rhythm
One thing I’ve quietly integrated into my life and business over the years is planning around planetary days. Not rigidly, fearfully, or as a rule. More as a rhythm.
Ancient astrology teaches that each day of the week carries the energy of a different planetary body. Once I started paying attention to it, I noticed how naturally certain tasks flowed on certain days. Instead of forcing myself into the same type of productivity every day, I began working with the energy already present.
And honestly? It changed my relationship with creativity, burnout, and even content creation.
Sunday - Sun Day
I use Sundays to reconnect with myself and my vision.
This is usually when I brainstorm bigger ideas, reconnect with purpose, refine branding direction, map out goals, or create from a place of authenticity rather than urgency.
The Sun rules vitality, confidence, visibility, and self expression.
It’s the perfect for checking back in with my “why.”
Monday - Moon Day
Mondays are softer for me.
I try not to overload myself with pressure or intense meetings. Instead, I block off my morning and focus on reflection, emotional check ins, journaling, nurturing my nervous system, pull cards, and tend to my home.
The Moon rules intuition and emotions.
This is usually when I can feel what actually needs my attention beneath the noise.
Tuesday - Mars Day
Tuesday is for movement.
This is when I tackle difficult tasks, push through procrastination, get back to the gym, send bold pitches, have uncomfortable conversations, or take action on things I’ve been overthinking.
Mars brings momentum, drive, courage, and fire.
If I need energy, I lean into Tuesday.
Wednesday - Mercury Day
Wednesday is one of my favorite content days.
Mercury rules communication, writing, technology, learning, networking, and information exchange. I often use Wednesdays for emails, strategy calls, social media, editing, brainstorming captions, teaching, podcast ideas, or website updates.
This is the day my mind tends to move the fastest.
Thursday - Jupiter Day
Thursday feels expansive.
I usually focus on long term vision, opportunities, abundance mindset, spiritual studies, mentorship, or content that carries wisdom and meaning.
Jupiter rules growth, teaching, spirituality, travel and expansion. (When I book travel, I usually try to fly out on Thursdays).
Ironically, this is often the day I receive the most aligned inquiries or opportunities too.
Friday - Venus Day
Friday is beauty day. The day I always feel pretty, put a lil makeup on, do my hair, and tend to my femininity.
This is when I naturally gravitate toward photography, design work, aesthetics, branding visuals, fashion, music, art, romance, or simply enjoying life more intentionally.
Venus reminds me that beauty is medicine too.
Not everything has to be optimized to be valuable.
Saturday - Saturn Day
Saturday is grounding day.
I use it to organize finances, clean, structure my week, catch up on responsibilities, run errands, create systems, or handle things that require patience and discipline.
Saturn gets a bad reputation, but honestly? Saturn is what helps visions become real.
Without structure, inspiration stays floating in the clouds.
What I love most about planetary days is that they remind me productivity doesn’t have to look the same every day. Some days are meant for action, some are meant for reflection, some are meant for beauty, and some are just meant for rest.
Ultimately, I’ve learned that when you stop fighting those natural rhythms, life and creativity begin flowing with a lot more ease.
